• We sweep and dry mop to remove dust/debris.
• Then apply chemical stripper and agitate using a low-speed buffer with a brown stripping pad. We remove sludge with a wet vac.
• We apply a neutralizer solution to balance pH and remove chemical residue and rinse thoroughly to prepare for finish.
• We allow floor to air-dry completely to ensure proper adhesion of wax.
• We apply wax in thin coats.
• Burnishing (Optional). Once dried and cured, high-speed burnishing can further enhance gloss and hardness.
